The CKP is a national level 3 qualification
accredited by Skills for Justice.

HISTORY OF CKP

The National College of Policing introduced the CKP as a requirement for those joining police forces, however this has now been replaced by the Policing Education Qualifications Framework (PEQF) which provides that basis for a range of programmes of entry into the police.

OUR EXPERIENCE

As the chosen provider of the CKP to the Metropolitan Police Service from 2015 to 2021, supporting over 5,000 new officers, we have a wealth of resources and trainer expertise to support all of those who may be interested in a policing career.

IS THE CKP RIGHT FOR ME?

HOW IT WORKS

You don’t need prior knowledge or experience.

The CKP is run entirely online so you can learn at your own pace and in a way that fits with your lifestyle. Our experience and knowledgeable team will provide individual feedback to help you succeed.

We can endeavour to make our learning accessible to all and can make reasonable adjustments for individual learning needs.

The CKP is not an alternative to PEQF framework qualifications, but will provide you with an excellent knowledge base from which to begin your journey into policing.
