Enlighten were approached by a large insurance company which had not undertaken leadership development for several years and recognised there were gaps in their performance, particularly their ability to work across teams and communication both upwards and with peers. These gaps were becoming more detrimental to bottom line performance as the organisation was in the process of a merger with a larger corporate.

Enhance resilience within the team with a focus on change management.
Working closely with the HR Director and critical friends at the Branch Director level we conducted a skills gap analysis and designed a 6-module blended programme to be delivered to each identified individual over a 12-month period, with each module building on the previous one and threading company values throughout the process.
